The goal of the Circle Ridge project was to open up a traditional 80's ranch house to allow for more expansive views of the canyon below and to allow for an expanded owners suite and chef's kitchen. The modern design of the home is warmed with natural elements including wood and stone. In addition to design aesthetics, we improved the efficiency of the home by using foam insulation, installing an insulated metal roof, replacing all of the windows and doors, installing a recirculating plumbing system, installing a solar system and wiring for a car charging center.
