We did a complete renovation of an existing house. By adding a second floor, we were able to add a master bedroom suite with bathroom and his/her closets. Between the first and second floor, this house has a bedroom for each child plus a guest room.
The open concept kitchen, eating area and living room are where this family of 5 will spend most of there time. A two story entrance hall and separate den and playroom are also part of the large first floor footprint.
