“The basic layout of the existing kitchen worked well, but the finishes were wearing and the space needed an update. One of the key changes was to raise the soffit and install a flush mount ceiling vent above the gas range. This, coupled with the painted shaker-style Karman cabinets, really opened up and brightened up the kitchen. The Titanium granite is also a show stopper and offers a dramatic contrast and elegant backsplash. Other key changes included improving the storage and convenience items in the cabinetry, including deep storage drawers, base pantry pullout, up-lift cabinets and trash pullouts.”
