Our clients wanted to transform their dated interior and exterior in San Clemente and they wanted to capitalize on their view of Catalina Island. Millennium expanded their kitchen to include a sliding window to enjoy the fresh breeze and the view, large size quartzite island, contemporary design features with porcelain tile floors throughout, and added a second story deck off the master bedroom. The backyard design included two bifolding doors that provide indoor/outdoor living, a spa, firepit, and outdoor kitchen with a wine and beer tap and raised bar seating that can see all the way to Catalina!
