The architectural challenge for this project was to convert two condominium units, into one cohesive living space. The five-bedroom, five-bath 4,000sf residence features a sleek modern minimalist design. Focal points included an enclosed floating glazed staircase, a diverse selection of tile flooring, backsplashes and walls, and a custom glass-enclosed climate-controlled wine cabinet.
