A transformative interior and exterior makeover to a beach home in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Additions and renovations where made to the entire house, including enhancements to the façade to create a dramatic coastal contemporary aesthetic. The home’s interior was completely reworked to create a more livable and entertainment space. Additions to the residence include a rooftop observation deck, new main entrance, outdoor living space, elevator and a three-level addition with a new ocean view master suite.
