Groom collaborated with Craig Bosworth of Grazado Velleco Architects (who has since created his own firm) on this 4,500 SF Marblehead seaside residence. Taking 9 months, the home was completed in July and involved a complete renovation and rework of structurals to obtain the open expansive first floor space. Project partners included: Colonial Ironworks (unique whale tail staircase), Italmarble, Lucia Lighting, Brothers Tile, Ferguson and Dejoy Landscape.
