Our team worked closely with the homeowner and Grazado Velleco Architects to renovate and restore this beautiful 5,000 square foot oceanfront enclave on the North Shore of Boston. This home became one of the first fully LEED certified homes in the Boston area. It included recycled rubber slate roofing, geothermal heating and cooling, and smart-home technology. The result is a truly complex and well-designed renovation.
