New construction condo in Cobble Hill Brooklyn needed a face list. The garden was designed for best views from the top floors looking down and from sunken living room looking up. Strong architectural element was introduced by using corten steel borders. The garden is on top of a garage below and sits on mostly construction debris. I opted to create a raised garden to allow plants to root into new, rich soil.
