Cobble Hill- Warren St

This project was actually the second time that Grand renovated this house, for the same owners. The first time, the owners wanted to restore all of the original elements, which we did, along with upgrading all of the mechanical systems.
For the second renovation, we added a 3 story extension, radiant heating throughout the house and the design style was changed to a decidedly modern direction.

This is the front parlor of the house, and is the only traditional room in the house - a nod to the house's past.

This master bath has his and hers vanity sinks, shower areas, steam room, and separate toilet rooms, with sliding doors. The bath wall tile is glass, the floor are penny rounds. There is hydronic radiant heat built into the slab floor.
