Windsor Terrace - Windsor Place

This Design/Build project was a complete gut of a 1910 row house, which was rebuilt in a modern, open style. The design was a collaboration between the owners, Grand, and our architect, and yielded a product that has delighted both the clients and all who have seen it.

The front entryway set of doors was newly constructed of mahogany to replace an existing set that was beyond restoration.

This is the powder room. Note the very interesting wallpaper - custom made in Brooklyn by Flavor Paper- which is a particularly New York paper. Looking closely, you will see a parking meter, a fire hydrant, a pigeon, and rats - along with some Victorian floral motifs.
