This home was Awarded from the American Society of Interior Designers, ASID The Bronze Design Excellence Award 2016 for a Residential Two or more spaces 2,500- 5000 sq. ft.

The renovation of this foyer was quite extensive. I designed custom wrought iron panels which replace existing wood spindles. Moldings were place sweeping up the stairway accenting the curve already existing.

The later renovation of the guest bathroom was done in 2023. It was designed for the use of three teenage boys. We selected a vibrant patterned tile to act as a focal point within the space and the floor features a unique herringbone layout. In addition, sconces and recessed lighting were added to truly brighten the space.
