Client purchased the building and wanted a New updated look for his practice. The project took shape after a architect, builder and myself redesigned the old to create what you see. Color, textures and lighting open up a once dimly lite space and new materials used along with some new ideas for walls. The clients wanted the space to be used efficiently. Opening up walls and bringing more natural light into the areas improved on the overall aesthetics.
