The complete transformation of this Ashbury Heights home was a multi-phase project. Phase One was the build-out of the lower level, resulting in a family-friendly, light-filled space built for relaxing, homework and entertaining. New additions include a wine cellar, full bath, mudroom and laundry room, while the kitchenette boasts a kegerator. The Nanawall opens completely to the new exterior patio and outdoor fireplace, perfect for chilly San Francisco evenings. The second phase tackled the upper level bathrooms - a complete remodel and reconfiguration of the Primary Bath and Kids Bath, resulting in a much more functional layout and a design that is commiserate with the rest of the home. The third and final phase was a remodel of the Kitchen and Breakfast Nook. The client’s personality really shines through with a bold mix of color, finishes and patterns.
