This west coast custom home with expansive ocean view and loads of natural light, offered an opportunity to explore simple elegance and a monochromatic dialogue in finishes.
This formal living space invited an opportunity for subtle and understated elegance, so as to emphasis rather than distract from the stunning views. The honed limestone fireplace surround and linear firebox dressed it up just enough.

The simplicity of the crystal chandelier… intentional. The mirroring of the coffered ceiling and hardwood floors … by design. The setting and orientation of this home… ideal!

This really is a GREAT ROOM! The top floor of a 4 story home - what you can't see is the elevator hidden behind the central column of walls. What you can see it the entire space and the ocean view.

This kitchen is simply wicked. The bar with glass pendants segues into the dining and great rooms. The contrasting cabinetry, slabs of material, and appliances keep your attention and the island is the perfect culinary hang.
