This was a compact en suite (5' d x 7' w approx) that had been renovated about 20 years before. The same foot print was kept as it functioned well. It was totally gutted, and we started from scratch. New vanity, counter top, deep soak-er tub, toilet, chrome fixtures and accessories, mirror. A unique linear tile design was done, with two different tile textures, using ceramic subway tile and a gold metallic glass tile, creating alternate horizontal stripes in the tub area. The floor is a porcelain tile that resembles Carrara marble. One luxury that was added to the bathroom was the in heat flooring system. Keeping the finishes fairly monochromatic, it gives the illusion of a bigger space. Although a small foot print it is a luxurious, beautiful space to start and end your day in.
