In order to remain budget friendly for this casual dining space, a lot of the client's existing furniture was re used and some new pieces were added. The existing dark brown wood buffet that belonged to her grandmother was painted in a glossy white finish. In addition all of the chairs were painted in a combination of black and white. The only additional items that were bought for this dining room was a new square glass and chrome table, new chandelier, and custom drapes. Original art work was done by the client as she is a well known local artist. By combining the older traditional pieces that were updated with something as basic as paint with a few more sleek modern pieces, a very gorgeous eclectic look was created.
