Major kitchen and spare bathroom remodels were recently completed in Fort Worth. All wood shaker style cabinets were installed featureing soft close hardware, a 30" undercount single basin sink, and a Delta H2O touch faucet. Backsplash is beveled subway tile with Schluter metal end caps. Floor tile is 12x24 medium gray. Electrical work consisted of replacing the fluorescent ceiling lighting with 6 LED can lights and converting toggle switches to rocker design for a cleaner more modern look. Floor and door moldings were also upgraded from 2" to 4" wide followed by main living area painting updates.
