I was hired to select the finishes and furnishings for this high rise condo in the historic Montgomery Ward Building in Chicago. The open floor plan provided the perfect layout for entertaining and relaxing in the vast dining/living room area that overlooks a spectacular view of the Chicago Skyline. We opted for large chair seating versus sofas in the living area in order to create the ultimate lounge atmosphere.
