Condo near the ocean

The client wanted a comfortable and nature inspired colors and decorating for their condo near the ocean. We were able to have continuity between each of the rooms by using the color blue, the jewel tones of orange, various metals and glass, and the honey colored wood flooring.

The client wanted to continue with the ocean theme without getting too kitchy. The warm colored walls, BM's 1073 (Malton) gives the room a warm feel. It also compliments the honey wood colored floors and the existing warm beige furniture.

This grouping at the end of the living room and on the way to the outside terrace, is warm and inviting. The mixture of warm and cooler colors creates a vibrant but comfortable space. The walls are BM's 1073 (Malton).

In a condo where walls are a premium, the client wanted a relaxed but vibrant feel in in entry. The art set against the warm walls gives off a vibrant but relaxed feel.

Condo near the sea

The client wanted to reverse of the rest of the condo. For her bedroom we selected a medium toned blue, BM's 717 (Paradiso). For the adjoining bathroom the walls are a lighter shade of BM's 716 (Fantasy Blue). The black framed photos give the room a little punch of contrast.

The area was limiting for furniture. They wanted to keep the dining room warm and inviting with a little more modern lighting. The rug and art are in harmony with the rest of the condos nature motif.
