Project is a continuation of a planned unit development started in 2010 with 3 buildings and continued forward with 3 additional 6,628 square foot 4-plexes in 2013. In association with James A. Dyck Architect, the units feature a ground floor master bedroom suite, cathedral ceiling in the living room and two second floor bedrooms.
