This Renovation was given a complete overhaul including additions to the home. During the planning stages of this home we had so many structural obstacles to contend with, but ended up being the most interesting and unique parts to the home. Our approach for this home was to have a modern organic feeling with Asian influence. The design process began in the kitchen and as the kitchen took on its own personality the other design elements throughout the home carried thru to a clean and classic modern style.

There has to be a holistic approach to the interior of a home especially when there is such a open floor plan. Every color decision is critical. With the collection of material and finish selections in the planning stage starting in the kitchen, the rest of the home fits together like a puzzle. For this home the stain selection is consistent for the interior doors, kitchen cabinets and the fireplace. The cedar ceiling finish was selected to be a soft back drop to the entire space. All of the tile, stone, fabric textiles, colors, and finishes work in harmony to create a cohesive environment.
