Contemporary Culinary Remodel
Remodel and Addition.
The goal of this remodel and addition was to create and expand their home to accommodate their growing family. The home was entirely gutted and the floor plan was opened up and a second floor was added.
The kitchen is placed at the center of the floorplan and is the social and culinary hub of the home. The open floor plan creates a seamless flow from the kitchen into the living space.
Throughout the entire home, green building practices were incorporated to ensure that the home is healthy and efficient for the family and our planet.
