Very few projects photograph well in Black & white film. Yet this project titled "Contemporary Getaway - Brickell Key" features a four (4) story penthouse where the native New York residents transformed the blank canvas into a contemporary paradise.

The three staircases' existing layout featured numerous turns which created multiple joints. The joints required precise planning to assure aesthetic unity and flow. Many linear feet of glass railing and stainless steel handrails later, Bella Stairs transformed the blank canvas into functional art.
