In this 1920s Seattle home, UMI brought new life that was true to the original character. New wall configuration including custom archways opened up the space. The kitchen and bathroom were fully updated, including new electrical and plumbing, and unique lighting fixtures. The bathroom remodel featured a built-in shower bench and large platform tile.
