Contemporary Oceanside Bathroom Update

This project was on a condo in Oceanside. They had old drop down ceilings with fluorescent lights in the kitchen and master bath. We replaced this with new LED canned lights. We also updated the bath and shower in the master bathroom. We brought this condo from the early 90's to the new era with more contemporary lighting and updated tile and new bath. As you can see there wasn't any structural changes to the bathroom, however the finish is a dramatic upgrade.

This bathroom was updated with rectangle tiles in a neutral color to blend with the existing tile floor. The bathtub has been replaced and a niche has been added for convenience, and new brushed nickel faucets were installed.
