A complete interior renovation that involved opening up the kitchen to the great room, and reworking the master suite, this patio home in Scottsdale was a major update from the 80's decor and layout it originally had.
All flooring, cabinetry, fixtures and walls were completely redone to create a more modern feeling that still worked with some of the owner's transitional style furnishings. Many new furniture pieces were added to fit the new space as they were downsizing from a large custom home.
Light, bright, and fresh was the feeling the client wanted to have in the home, which we accomplished with neutral flooring and walls throughout.
