| Cooper Mountain Kitchen |
This family of four loves to spend time in their kitchen cooking and baking together! By removing a wall between the original outdated kitchen and the dining room beyond, we were able to allow space for a baker’s dream island, increase natural light to the heart of the home, and allow for greater traffic flow and work zoning of the kitchen. A perfect example that it’s not always about increasing the size of a room, but more importantly about increasing the efficiency! With a pallet of blues, whites, woods, and mixed metals this kitchen is at once timeless and on trend. White cabinets with a shaker detail are accentuated with subtle brass finished hardware. The ceramic handmade tile backsplash in a soft blue gray glaze gives a much needed element of texture while perfectly complimenting the bold blue of the island. A appliance garage stealthy hides countertop appliances used regularly and a full height pantry cabinet with easy access roll out shelves provides efficient storage. The chef’s standout of the kitchen, a dreamy Thermador range flanked by custom spice and oil pull-outs.
