The Cordillera Summit Residence is a sophisticated custom ground up new residence located at the Summit in Cordillera, CO. Initially completed in 2016, a subsequent 1,000 sf addition was completed in 2022 that included an expanded home office and work-out areas. This design of the home was based on elements of traditional and mountain modern architecture. The personal residence of principals of Reed Development Group & Reed Design Group, this project was a collaborative design-build from conception to completion.

Location: Situated in the exclusive Cordillera Summit community of Edwards, Colorado, offering elevated mountain views and privacy.

Design Aesthetic: A masterful execution of Mountain Modern architecture, characterized by clean lines, natural wood siding, and expansive glass to integrate the indoor-outdoor experience.

Gourmet Kitchen: Features a contemporary open-concept layout with a large central island, premium cabinetry, and high-end integrated appliances designed for entertaining.

Master Suite & Bath: Includes a luxury spa-inspired bathroom with modern black-frame windows, a freestanding soaking tub, and custom stone tiling.

Indoor-Outdoor Flow: The residence utilizes large sliding glass wall systems that open the primary living spaces to the rugged Colorado landscape.
