designed to take advantage of a corner lot. the client wanted it to be impressive because it is near the main entrance of the neighborhood and everyone coming in looks at this house.

it is important to make the end of a sheetrock opening (as in this arch) thick enough to look structural for a richer look.

this is the curved juliette balcony overlooking the foyer from the second floor hall. the triple window clerestory windows in the two story foyer echo the three openings at the outer tower wall.

there is a bathroom nestled under the stairs so the plant shelf covers the ceiling. great place for a fern or some other plant to cascade down. easy to grow with the light flooding in the three stairway windows.
