This project started with an existing 3,469 square foot home in the Spyglass Hill community in Newport Beach. We demolished the entire home except for the guest room and 3 walls in the garage. The new total square footage for this home is 5,258 which includes 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This beautiful custom home is now a Smart Home with Control4 and has smooth stucco, stone, Ipe rainscreen siding with hidden fasteners and Ipe T&G eaves on its exterior as well as a 28'x9' all glass door with a 12'x9' and 6'x9' all glass doors to match. The interior of the home consists of 40"x60" white porcelain flooring downstairs with wood flooring upstairs, custom cabinets, Garapa wood siding, stone work, an 8'x5'5"x2' custom saltwater fish tank by ATM as seen on the Discovery channel, 1 double sided fireplace, 1 single sided fireplace, a 5' pivot front door, custom stairs to mimic stacked boxes, and the master bathroom includes a custom ceiling tub filler to look like a recessed light, along with many other custom features throughout.
