This beautiful custom home is now a Smart Home with Control4 and has smooth stucco, stone, Ipe rainscreen siding with hidden fasteners and Ipe T&G eaves on its exterior as well as a 28'x9' all glass door with a 12'x9' and 6'x9' all glass doors to match. The interior of the home consists of 40"x60" white porcelain flooring downstairs with wood flooring upstairs, custom cabinets, Garapa wood siding, stone work, an 8'x5'5"x2' custom saltwater fish tank by ATM as seen on the Discovery channel, 1 double sided fireplace, 1 single sided fireplace, a 5' pivot front door, custom stairs to mimic stacked boxes, and the master bathroom includes a custom ceiling tub filler to look like a recessed light, along with many other custom features throughout. The project also included the front and back yards to maximize the entertainment possibilities and to utilize the amazing view.
