The design takes a DIY approach with cost-effectiveness in mind. It divides the patio into two areas: one features the existing concrete patio with a modular palette bench, and the second consists of a concrete paver patio set in decomposed granite with movable furniture. A simple, low maintenance planting palette and plenty of opportunity for potted plants, allowing the client to personalize the space. Painting the fence black and adding string lights is an easy way to upgrade the ambiance a space.
