The remodeled master suite included adding a new walk-in closet in the attic over the family room, and converting the existing closet into a hallway, so the husband and wife could access a private den-retreat that was added over the living room to make it feel more cozy. Another part of the same project involved borrowing an unused corner of the master bedroom, and using the original toilet-shower room, to create a functional laundry room upstairs.
