Performed a full wood treatment to prevent mold, fungi, and decay. Changing the crawlspace environment by installed a diamondback mold resistant vapor barrier and a moisture felt barrier (shown as black barrier on ground). A new dryer vent hose was installed. Old dryer vent hose was disconnected at time of inspection. Dryer vents venting into crawlspace causing heat and moisture within that can lead to mold/mold-like substance to form.
