Kitchen wall cabinetry is ‘rescued cherry’. It was cut down in the 1930’s and stored in a barn until it was reclaimed as board stock.

The flat track doors serve as a wall hanging art piece on the high wall of the great room when closed, but functionally open to allow connection from the upper level office to the main living level. They were crafted from Settlers Plank Mixed Hardwoods by NEWwoodworks.
