We received a call from a homeowner saying that the floor tile in her bathroom (a DIY project) was cracking and popping up. The original goal was to replace the tile, add updated tile surround to the tub and a fresh coat of paint. We found that it wasn't actually a DIY project gone bad. It was a hidden leak that had destroyed her sub floor and the next bath could have been finished on the ground below!
