This DADU (Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit) - or Backyard Cottage as they're also called - in Seattle's Maple Leaf neighborhood was conceived of by CTA Architecture with interior design by Noelle Karman. LCM Builders redesigned and edited in a minimal number of areas. The house is a two story, 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, modern craftsman with two parking spots meant to be a rental unit to create additional income for the property owners...and maybe future residence when they downsize.
