This new construction project was largely designed by the client remotely from NY, with an emphasis on use of space and making it look like a "good ole house". Farmhouse was a word we threw around a lot. The lath is from demoed Seattle homes, penofined and over rain screen system. Paneled walls are 5/8"x5 1/2" v-groove t&g pine.
