For many years, I have delighted in doing custom containers, with the full range of perennials and annuals available. Each container tends to have a color theme and many different plants with varied foliage are used. These containers often need some sprucing up, throughout the summer months, and they of course, require regular watering. The key is to put your fingers in the soil, and if it is bone dry, it may be time to water. If it's moist, let it be.
