This Pacific Heights project called for a unique entry door with a slick modern design which included three major elements; solid white oak, obscure tinted glass and dark bronze steel that would tie in with the home's windows and garage doors. The front door design was unique in that it was uniquely independent from all the other architectural elements but pulled in some the materials to give it complementing presence. The beautiful white oak was milk stained in a subtle hint of gray while the over-sized pull handle and window frame were done in dark bronze like the garage door glass framing as well as windows around the house. The asymmetrical modern designed door is unique in its kind and added just the right amount of interest without being overbearing or in competition with the home's exterior design.
