This transitional style kitchen was designed by Katharine Andrews Interiors, LLC in Hinsdale, Illinois. The kitchen design features: dark espresso stained cabinetry with raised panels, gray subway tile backsplash to tie in the gray tones in the island countertop, Wolf range, SubZero refrigerator/freezer, a separate wine refrigerator, custom range hood, quartzite countertops, 3 glass and polished nickel pendant lights over the island, and undercabinet lighting. The contrast between the wood and creamy white countertops adds interest and the gray backsplash tile adds texture. The columns were also designed by KAI and stand between the great room and kitchen.
