Situated on a large lot in a top neighborhood, we rebuilt this home from the ground up, expanding the basement and even finishing the attic for an extra family area. Again we focused on a vintage looks, choosing classic elements like granite and marble, hardwood floors, metal and glass pendant lighting, and custom cabinets. And since the buyers purchased the home before completion as a pre-sale, they were able to make many tweaks and changed to the home to get exactly what they wanted.
