100% Zero Maintenance and Weatherproof System - design/fabricated/installed in-house. All Aluminum infrastructure with Grey Tinted - UV resistant polycarbonate paneling, gasket sealed. Steel base plate with SS hardware thru-bolted and back-plated to patio. This project had to meet a few particular customized elements to suit the client's request. These details were engineered to take into account a footprint requiring a trapezoid configuration due to a pre-existing angled porch and the preferred flow of access to the establishment's entrance. Better shown in the 3d Rendering attached. Due to the constraints of being a rental property, the unit was designed to be easily assembled/disassembled with minimal repairs with regards to the tenant's lease agreement. The unit was also designed to minimally impose on the view to the exterior from the interior. This vantage point was captured and also attached for observation & assessment.
