Frequently asked to come behind other contractor's work. Occasionally, we'll accept the offer due to the constraints. This project had some unique amendments. We design/fabricated a magnet removable screen cover for the refrigeration unit, dropped a pre-existing ceiling and utilized the opportunity to install a pair of sleek LED smart light fixtures that can be manipulated via a phone or i-pad over having to go find the remote. The formally installed metal frame around the window had been painted white to which we changed to a complementary copper to tie in with other accents in this client's home.
