This warm yet modern space was two condos converted into one. The clients have a penchant for mid-century modern design, and wanted to have a warm space with lots of character to spend their time in. Accessibility was also a consideration when designing this space. - Aesthetics were not compromised as a result of designing a space with Universal Design features.
