This modern minimalist addition was undertaken to provide much needed living space, laundry/mudroom and a powder room on the main floor. The second floor became a master retreat.

Beautiful reclaimed wood accents throughout, including the tongue and groove floor and exposed ceiling joist make this a truly unique project.
