A modern addition on a century home, the new steel meets the gorgeous original brick.

A main floor living area was added with tonnes of natural light that bursts through the sliding doors and transom windows with the backdrop being the existing brick wall.

A front entry mudroom and powder room was also added for practicality and function.

The second floor of the addition is a very cool four piece bathroom with a reclaimed wood mirror. On the other side is a new bedroom that currently has assumed the role of an office, featuring recessed shelving in the existing brick wall.
