This project redefines curb appeal with a bold architectural landscape that comes alive after dark. Anchored by a clean orthogonal layout, the entry sequence uses oversized concrete steppers flanked by steel-edged planting beds and warm-toned lighting to guide the eye—and the visitor—toward the front door.
Strategically uplighting the tree canopies and architectural façade creates a layered glow that enhances the geometry of the home and the formality of the plantings. Corten steel planters soften the edges with native and adapted Texas species, while decomposed granite and gravel offer high permeability and a crisp material palette.
This design is both modern and timeless, drawing attention without shouting, just the right amount of restraint, structure, and wow.
