Basement Expansion and Remodel Project
The original basement had an odd multi-level configuration. We excavated 3 feet of the hill under the house to make it one level and poured a new foundation to bolster the existing walls for the house. We completed electrical and plumbing upgrades. Now it’s a bedroom suite with a full bathroom, master bedroom, and playroom.
