Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)
Garage conversion using the existing footprint. Reconfigured the walls and left the roof in place. Poured a new concrete floor with radiant heat. Tied into the home's existing sewer, water, power, and gas. Built a small bathroom and kitchenette. It’s now a 450 square foot studio apartment.
